Dear David, I have received outstanding service from you and your office for the past fifteen years.
Over the years, we have had countless conversations about me having a much better looking smile.
During our discussions, you referenced the dramatic personal changes that your other patients experienced with regard
to having greater confidence and an increase in their overall well-being.
In November of this year, I decided that I wanted to take this step. You advised that my “new” smile would be
beautiful, but very natural. In addition, you stated that this would result in a transformation of my smile, but
also have a positive affect on my life. I have a good deal of confidence (thanks to very supportive parents and family)
as well as a great sense of humor (there goes that confidence we talked about). In addition, I am always in good spirits
and laugh a great deal at home and at work. I had not expected to experience a dramatic change in my life.
During November, I had several visits. I truly appreciated that you and your office were very flexible due to my busy
schedule. After the measurements, you crafter a model that represented the “after” view of my smile. I was so excited that
I brought this model home to show my family. Everyone was amazing with this sculptured model. I was very excited about my next appointment.
I came to the office to receive my new smile. Although this appointment was three hours (I wanted this at one visit),
I did not feel any discomfort despite the substantial amount of work to be done. I left the office with my new smile later
the same morning. I was completely amazing at my new smile. This certainly was a “transformation.”
I immediately went home to show my family. Everyone commented on my beautiful teeth and how natural they looked.
My family told me to stop smiling, but I couldn’t help myself due to the dramatic change in my smile. I am sure that you
were surprised when my wife called to tell you what a great job you had done on my smile. I also very much appreciated your
call later that evening to check to ensure that I was comfortable and everything was fine. Everything was great!
I should have done this; years ago. I do feel very different. I can’t stop smiling…at people on the street, in stores,
on the road, at dogs, cats, birds…I can’t stop! In the past, I was smiling in pictures at work and home, but my lips were
always closed. I have a very broad smile in all of our holiday pictures this year! You were right. This change would be
a personal transformation for me.
Although I have thanked you countless times, I wanted to send you this note of appreciation for your professionalism,
artistry, expertise, and friendship. You have made a very positive impact on my life and I will always be grateful.
Thank you, Raymond W

I have been a patient of Dr. Silverstrom for 25 years.
He is as enthusiastic now about his work as he was when he began his practice. In addition he has such a warm and
caring disposition! Of course his dentistry is superb, as was rate in the July issue of New Jersey Monthly,
which listed the best dentists in New Jersey. I agree!!

Dear David, For most of my life I was probably like most people who disliked going to the dentist and avoided dealing
with their dental problems as long as they could.
All that changed approximately 14 years ago when I became a patient of yours. Throughout this period,
I have appreciated the great service and sincere concern you have shown my family and me.
The truth is that I never even ask you questions about any procedures that were being performed because I have
total trust in your ability and ethics.
That trust was put to the test when you suggested that I consider significant cosmetic changes that would
dramatically improve my smile. My initial reaction was very negative, but once again my trust in you gradually
made me reconsider. At the end of the day I decided to move forward with it and, as you predicted, have been
extremely pleased with the results. I can now smile easily and comfortably without worrying about how my teeth look.
Thanks again for suggesting the procedure as well as for your continued professionalism and concern for
my family and me. The S. family will remain loyal, happy patients for a long time to come.
Sincerely, Marc S.

Dear Dr. Silverstrom, want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making it possible for me to get the veneers.
As you suggested, I am smiling more now than ever before. It took some getting used to, but now it all looks and feels so natural.
And, the timing could not have been better. I lost my job in early June and had decided that this was my opportunity to do
something different in life. After much research and thought. I am opening a Senior Helpers office in Madison and will be providing
in-home non-medical personal care. My wife, Tricia, will be joining me as we start up the company.
Our territory will run from Parsippany, Morristown, Madison, Chatham, Summit, Short Hills, Livingston,
through to Maplewood and Union. We are very excited about this new venture, especially having just had experience with my parents.
Because of you, I can now interact with people with confidence and self-esteem, which I will need plenty of as we start our business.
Once again, Thanks to you, Kelly, and the rest of your wonderful staff for helping to make this all possible!
Sincerely, Wayne S.

Dear David, My family and I have enjoyed our twenty-five-plus years of professional relationship with you and your
office and I want to thank you for that and the outstanding care and sincere concern that you have always showed us.
My last visit, which included the bonding that you performed, is a prime example of what I am writing about.
I am most appreciative of your generous spirit and excellent skills.
You guys are the Best!!! Again, thank you.
Most Sincerely, Steve K.
Dear Dr. Silverstrom, Dr. Schwartz and staff,
The secret is out.
You are the best dentists in NJ.
You also have the most caring staff. Nice to know we’re in such good hands.
Sincerely, Jerry. Z
Dear Dr. Silverstrom,
You performed a difficult procedure for me the other day. Well it was difficult for you, not so much for me…No great
pain or problems at all! Your work was once again, impeccable.
I can’t begin to thank you enough!
You have honored me once again with your unbelievable talent and compassion. You were aware of my financial
situation and decided that my well-being was more important.
Nobody does things like that in our world today. You have such a huge heart! You truly care about your patients
and it shows in everything you do: the newsletters, the holiday and birthday cards, your DVD collection.
Also important, you not only respect us, you respect your employees, and it shows in their attitudes!
My Debbie, for example, I can’t rave enough about. People think I’m crazy when I tell them that I enjoy getting
my teeth cleaned. It’s like a spa treatment. She really makes me feel like a friend…Then there’s Miss Lisa and Mrs. Lisa.
I love to get her on the phone, she’s like another pal. Always so pleasant! You can hear her smile on the other end.
You just keep yourself surrounded by such wonderful people. And they’re so happy to be there. That really makes the
rest of us happy to be there too.
Thank you so much for having such a wonderful place to visit when we’re not always feeling so wonderful.
A place that provides us comfort when we might be uncomfortable. It is truly a pleasure doing business with you!
Yours truly, Sue B.

Dear Dr. Silverstrom,
I had a letter for you to hand the mailman when he gave me your letter, so I waited to read yours.
Thank you so much.
My confidence comes from my feelings of your kindness, your knowledge, your honesty and the way you
always know what to say in a caring way.
You are one of very few of my diamonds who knows me well enough to see beyond my attempt to joke and
put the hard days behind me, there are few me like you.
Thank you so much for the time you’ve taken to care for me in your own special way, and, if I ever
get a new stove, maybe I’ll be able to bring you some of my ways to notice you.
Thanks beyond thanks,
Sincerely, Wendy S.
Dear Dr. Silverstrom (David),
I was so happy to read in New Jersey Magazine that your colleagues voted you one of the top dentists in New Jersey! I couldn’t agree more!
When I was referred to you three years ago I was in dire need of major restorations. I was scared and confused. When I called your
office to make my initial appointment, your staff was so supportive and helpful that my anxiety was lessened considerable!
When I came in for my first appointment I was understandably nervous, which you picked up on immediately. It’s hard to express
how much your warm and genuinely caring demeanor put my fears to rest. You took time to explain everything to me in such a “brotherly”
way. That meant a lot to me.
Three years later, I have healthy teeth and a beautiful new smile, which I flash a lot! And my fear of dentists is gone. I’ve
come to view you as a dear friend who cares about me not only as a patient, but as a person.
So please accept my heartfelt gratitude for the time you spent making me beautiful again, and congratulations for the well-deserved
honor from your peers.
Warm regards always, Adrienne S.
